This section covers what I run at home. Currently, two distinct things share the same Proxmox server:

a Home Assistant setup for smart home automation
a dedicated VM for running Claude Code remotely

I started with a few Aqara sensors and gradually built a full local smart home setup — Zigbee coordinator, automations, energy monitoring, and custom devices flashed with ESPHome. Everything runs on a VM inside Proxmox.

Home Server

The same Proxmox server hosts a second VM dedicated to development tooling. The main use case right now: running Claude Code permanently, accessible from anywhere.
